Current Vacancy: Chef de Partie
We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Chef de Partie, and Pastry Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen brigade.

  • Previous 2-4 + years at CDP / Pastry level within a high quality hotel or a quality restaurant with heavy exposure to high turnover & attention to detail.


  • Experience of working within all sections of a busy kitchen or the drive to want to more.


  • A well rounded and natural interest in learning & perfecting new techniques, along with an approachable and flexible manner and the ability to be a pro-active member of the brigade.
We do not provide accommodation however we will support with re-location
